What does a virtual assistant do?The VA can provide virtual assistance with specific tasks like administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling meetings, routine tasks like answering phone calls, and more. It varies with each client.

How long does the VA onboarding process take?It can take up to a month.

What is the work schedule?The work schedule is during daytime business hours, Monday - Friday. No working on Weekends. It may vary between 6 am to 3 pm ,7 am to 4 pm, 8am to 5 pm , and 9 am to 6pm, 10 am to 7pm. This can change depending on the Daylight saving time.

What is a Virtual Assistant?A virtual assistant or VA is a professional that provides administrative and/or any other way to support business owners, entrepreneurs and other busy professionals. A VA for Eureka is a bilingual English/Spanish with Customer Service experience.

What type of Training do you provide and do I get paid when I'm in training?Yes, you do get paid when you are in training and it varies the type of training according to the client needs.

Does Eureka provide Equipment ?The only equipment you need is a computer and good internet connection to be able to work remotely. If you don't have a computer we can review your case and come up to a solution with you. Some of this solutions may requied a deposit.

Are the VAs employees of Eureka?No, you are a subcontractor and will need to sign an agreement. This means you’re responsible for your own equipment and paying your taxes.
