What is the work schedule?

The work schedule is during daytime business hours, Monday - Friday. No working on Weekends. 
It may vary between  6 am to 3 pm ,7 am to 4 pm, 8am to 5 pm , and 9 am to 6pm, 10 am to 7pm. This can change depending on the Daylight saving time.

Does Eureka provide Equipment ?

The only equipment you need is a computer and good internet connection to be able to work remotely. If you don't have a computer we can review your case and come up to a solution with you.  Some of this solutions may requied a deposit.

What type of Training do you provide and do I get paid when I'm in training?

Yes, you do get paid when you are in training and it varies the type of training according to the client needs.

Question 6

Are the VAs employees of Eureka?

Accepted Answer

No, you are a subcontractor and will need to sign an agreement. This means you’re responsible for your own equipment and paying your taxes.

How long does the VA onboarding process take?

It can take up to a month.
